Designed and facilitated a popular education process to guide the Board of Directors of an emergent Community Land Trust in Boyle Heights and Unincorporated East LA in the development of a Resale Formula. (2019-2020)

 Chainbreaker Collective

To inform development of a campaign related to a 64-acre parcel of public land, designed and facilitated four full-day education sessions on real estate development basics and community land control strategies for grassroots leaders, staff, and allied organizations in Santa Fe, New Mexico.  (2018)

 Community Nature Connection and Los Angeles Neighborhood Land Trust

Conducted community outreach in nine diverse communities throughout Los Angeles (San Fernando Valley, North Hollywood, Central LA and East LA, and parts of Unincorporated Los Angeles); and facilitated five bilingual (English/Spanish) community education sessions regarding Los Angeles County Regional Parks and Open Space District (RPOSD) Measure A funding guidelines.
