An experienced executive with a demonstrated history in community development and non-profit management, Sandra McNeill founded the firm in 2017 with the intention of turning skills and knowledge cultivated over three decades into concrete and tailored support of coalitions, organizations and agencies which are working to advance equity. Sandra McNeill Consulting seeks to enhance the capacity and effectiveness of initiatives addressing housing, transportation and green infrastructure, with a specific focus on countering residential displacement and advancing community land trusts.
